What we collect

Only what you type into the early-access form: your email address, and your name and business name if you give them. We also record the date you joined.

What we use it for

To tell you when your place in Luca opens and what it will cost. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What this site does not do

This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers. Fonts and images are served from our own.

Where it is kept

In Luca’s own database, on servers operated by Tekhx. Our servers keep standard technical logs, such as the IP address of each request, for security.

Removing your details

Email support@tekhx.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete it from the list.

Using Luca itself

This note covers this website. Using the Luca app will come with its own terms and privacy policy, published before it opens.
